  • GRIT Miami has opened up some time for you and your kids (7-12 years old) to enjoy the facility and get a great workout.
  • Parents are welcome to bring their kids and teach them movements and workouts that we have taught you throughout the week.
  • At least one coach will be present to help guide the parents with their kids and make sure you keep it light and safe.
  • Be a great role-model for your children and show them that working out can be exciting and fun.
